Edit
I recently was infected somehow with antipsychotic medication, completely unintentionally and my body had an allergic reaction to whatever it was. after one hospital visit with muscle relaxant injections and pain killers, acupuncture, and then another hospital visit almost 24 hours later where a doctor finally correctly diagnosed the problem.
i was given an 50mg injection of benadryl and within a half-hour my body withdrew from the histamine and it became the worst it was for the entire time. finally everything slowed down and i was back to normal. for the next few hours i had felt some of the symptoms begin to form again, but regular dose of benadryl over the next few days dissipated it all into nothing.
i now type this completely free of dystonic reaction but i know little to nothing about it and no-body i talk to seems to be able to help. i've done some research on my own and everything i read basically reads "permanent" damage. because i have felt the pain and know what it's like, i sympathize with others and am eager to learn more about this disorder.
i have a .pdf discharge sheet from the doctor and hospital where i received treatment where it explains "dystonic reaction."
thanks.
