botox is funny..and may take several trips to appreciate. 1 bit of advice..that works for me is to rest a full day afterwards...then gradually get your self back into motion. since the botox temp paralyzes muscles..it's easy to over do it...and cause more havoc. and..yes..the pain is deep.which is why it takes time for doctors to find the right area to inject. anyway, listen to your body..if it hurts..DON'T and don't feel guilty! be still when you can.practice makes perfect
