Alaskan just to reply to your observation ofwhy you could dance when you need 2 canes to walk. I too have truncal dystonia and i walk with a walker with big wheeles. as long as i have the walker i can go anywhere. But when i get on the dance floor i can dance as long as i don't stop when the music stops i bend over and need my walker again. I have no idea why. I was wondering if you have tried Botox yet ? i have been thiking about trying it but haven't heard anyone whith Truncal dystonia useing it . give my a reply back where do you live. I am 65yrs old and i was told i had dystonia about 5 years ago. Charlie
