Edit
i have a bit more pain in my right sholder because i have been writing too much, i have tremor in both hands so when i write it is shakey and tense. i do find positions though that don't make it so tense like lying on the floor in our lounge to do cross words et.c. rather than sitting at the table.
i also got pain in my left leg when riding a horse because of my left foot having to be straight position in foot stirrup.
i hadn'tt ridden a horse since i was 14 and it was probably before my leg worsened in my teens, and that's why i did it again because i didn't have pain back then. so i don't go horse riding now, it was one of those horse treks for 2-3 hrs. I didn't think my leg would be so tense.
When i get so tense it is so painful another example is at the dentist, i just wish i could relax like i can at home, dystonia just takes over and if i don't fight it it relaxes on it's own, it's not always easy to do that though.
