Hey David, It is great that you have now got a jump start. I take Sinemet also. It is amazing that a little pill can do so much... Please know that for me when I started taking it it made me nauseous for a couple of weeks when I took the does. This does get better but it takes an adjustment period.
My Neuro also tested me for Stiff Man Syndrome to rule it out also. There are alot of similarities between the two but when I saw Stiff Man Syndrome on the Diagnosis Unknown show it definitely has it's own symptoms also.
The Sinemet may give you significant improvement immediately or like me it may take the right dosage before you notice a big difference. I now take Sinemet 25/100 three times a day and if I miss a does I definitely feel the difference.
