Did you start on this dose? This is not a high dose, but people can take a few weeks or months to get to this dose. If you do have another trial, start slowly and only add another dose when your body has adjusted to the dose you taking.

I had a trial of sinemet that was stopped due to "side effects", but a few years later i had another trial with huge benefits and no side effects.
