I know I could not have started on three a day. It probably would have seem as though once the nausea was wearing off you are taking another pill. and I was sick enough taking one a day for the first couple of weeks. I don't even want to think how starting off at three a day would have been. (worse than being pregnant and I was sick for nine months then) lol

You are sopostoo take the Sinemet on an empty stomach but at first I had to use something like bread or crackers to help, even a piece of toast. But now I don't have any problems at all any time I take and I have a very weak stomach that gets upset very easily from most medications. It was years before I could take tyonel without getting sick.

Hang in there. I hope you find something to give you some relief. I know for myself that if I miss my pills, I get cramping and twisting in my feet that is unbearable now.
