Could you please tell me what BFM rating is. Success
would be enough improvement in symptoms so that a person didn't need assistance in the basic skills of daily living dressing,walking,eating, pain relief would be a bonus. The question came up as friends are on wait list for the same surgeon, both are having DBS one for Parkinsons the other for Dystonia. Basically they want to know which of them will see results sooner and will the results be permanent. Know that with dystonia the results fluctuate but have no idea if it is the same for Parkinsons.
