I have a friend who had severe cervical dystonia with tremors. She had the selective denervation done by Dr. Arce in Florida. It was very sucessful for the neck but did not help the tremor. She went back for a second session, not sure if it was for the tremor and how much it helped. Overall, she has been very happy with the results. There was some recovery period, but nothing like DBS.
