Hello Audee,
I think doctors tell you there is nothing wrong when they can't figure things out or when they can't do anything for you. I get bad pain where I can't even touch my arm myself because of the pain let alone let anyone else touch it. I think it's caused my your muscles pinching off nerves (not sure but that's what I think) which causes pain and the doctors can't figure it out... but it's there. All I can do when it happens is wait for it to pass. I can't believe you are still working... have you thought of getting disability?
