I hope this message finds you better by now.

What dose did they start you on?? I was reading back and cannot seem to find it. I know that for me I was started at one (1) pill 25/100 for like six weeks, and it did make me extremely sick, it took a couple of weeks to settle down. I hope you did not start out at too high of a dose. If you are taking more than just one 25/100 to start??? Check into lowering the dose and moving up more slowly, very slowly is better than this.

Have you been able to talk to the Neurologist yet?? I would think that there is something they can give you along with the Sinemet to help with the spasams and pain.

The only good thing that I can come up with here is that I have read (and I know you are going to think I am crazy here) but I have read that people that have a strong reaction to the Sinemet can be a sign that they do need it. I know it seems odd but please get back with the neurologist.

If he does not have any answers ask him if he knows a neurologist that specializes in Movement Disorders such as Parkinson's. MDS's that specialize in Parkinson's have a better understanding of how the Dopamine works in the systems and what works best with it. If he cannot refer you to another Neurologist maybe he would be willing to talk to them to get a better understanding of how Sinemet works and how to teiter it up instead of all at one time.
