I could not take Artane. I had the saame problems with my symptoms worsening and even with increasing the dose I was unable to take it. I take Baclofen and Valium now and I am doing ok with the doses. I take 7.5 mg of Valium 3 times a day and 20 mg Baclofen 3 times a day. Still not at max dose yet but it has affected my liver enzymes. I am going to try a natural supplement of Milk Thisyle which helps with liver toxicity before changing meds cause I can actually fnction on them.
