Thank you Catie. I asked the questions because I had an awesome experience when my therapist gave me my movement back. He did it gently and slowly (3 appts. a week for 5 weeks). Since then it has been painful. I don't know if he doesn't understand dystonia and has gotten slightly more aggresive or if I have become more sensitive after having been frozen for so long.
