I know just what you mean when you said "what a help that is when I do not have any clue where my body is in time and space" Before I got to a stage of effective management with my C.D. I was constantly asking my poor hubby "Where's my head, what is it doing". My body and my head seemed not to communicate and be attached together at all. Linda |
