Hot yoga. Day 36 and my basal ganglia had me on the floor. which was okay cause i worked on breathing and meditation. 14 more days but i will probably keep going. MRI is better than Ct. CT shows gross morphology. like tumor or bleed or fissure. mri shows that plus fine morphology. plus it looks like cts may not be so good for you. meris are more expensive.
they are doing the genetic testing because i wanna know if i am dyt1. i am thinking of having one more child and my 16 year old is symptom free but if i have dyt1 then it will impact my decision to have more children.
i too am really hoping the meds do their job. dbs is scary and my dystonia moves all over. its like i adapt to it through yoga and it adapts to me and back and forth so i don't know how they would target the electrodes to specific pathways cause i am all screwed up all the time but some areas are worse than others at certain times. More research is needed on my part.
