Wow, Suzie. Congratulations! Perhaps it would also help you to think of all the people out there who are living in hopelessly inaccessible places, or nursing homes, sleeping on mud floors or mattresses, who have to be carried about because they don't have proper mobility equipment, public access or any AT to speak of? This is the way it is all over the world, perhaps even in your own town. You're talking about building an accessible home. That is a HUGE gift in itself. |
