Edit
Hi, Andy! In the last 6 months I have been diagnosed with Blepharospasm and some other form of Facial Dystonia and receive Botox for those.

During my stages of exploration for a diagnosis, I also had many blood tests and did some other testing through a Natural Therapist. I, too, have major problems with my digestive system and have done so for the last decade. I have had endoscopies and colonoscopies and ultrasounds to find out answers. I have reflux, inconclusive coeliacs disease and irritable bowel (I sound a mess, but not really!).

I take meds (Somac)and natural therapies to help ALL of this and they have definitely helped my GI problems. I am also using these to treat the stress associated with Dystonia and feel that there has been a definite improvement in that area.

But . . . none of the treatments have helped with the actual Dystonia. I use these alternate treatments to help me get to a better place, physically and emotionally, to deal with the disorder and to make my 'gut' better.

Many people have discussed similar issues before, but in the end we 'do' with our bodies what we feel is right! I have no answers but I try, explore, sample and discard options.

Hope the test results are what you are hoping for and that your symptoms improve again.

Take care

Lee
