Edit
Hi! I get headaches but they are associated with the Bleph/Cranial/Cervical Dystonia that I have. What sort of Dystonia do you have?

I don't have major episodes of involuntary movements and spasms, I just have ongoing symptoms - from mild to quite debilitating. The headaches are part of this.

I sometimes get them:-
. coming up from the neck into the back of the head.
. in the temple areas and down the sides of the face (sometimes only on one side)
. across the forehead - they are a gripping pain
. all over (including the face) as a tightening, tingling and twitching feeling

I am in early stages (16 months of symptoms) and can feel changes and progression, so am thinking that these symptoms may change. I would be very interested to hear from anyone who had headaches or symptoms like these, in the early stages, but are now experiencing other symptoms.

I am lucky that I respond well to becoming horizontal (being vertical makes my head feel too heavy and painful) and take paracetamol or advil.

I hope your headaches improve! Please let us know how things go.

Lee
