Edit
I get headaches and migraines. For relief, I use Tylenol (I have an intolerance to Advil/Motrin, so that is out for me, but is supposed to be better for headaches, reduces the inflammation and the chance of rebound headaches), Maxalt for the migraines, ice on the back of the head, sometimes heat, sleep. I go for massage, and my chiro does an active release technique.

My headaches do fluctuate, depending on where in the Botox cycle I am, the weather, stress level, how much or little sleep I've gotten, smells (I'm extremely sensitive to odours), what I have eaten or not eaten. Basically, I'm just a huge walking trigger looking for a headache, lol!

Lately, my migraines have been in the back of my head, and oddly in my jaw. The headaches are in the back of my head, my forehead, cheeks, down into my shoulders and neck. And with the headaches, just the past few weeks I've been feeling like my sugar is off (you know the feeling, the one where you are shakey, hot, trembling, sweating, and just ready to devour anything that resembles food?)
