Edit
Hi. Try the exercise videos Sunrise Tai Chi and Sunset Tai Chi. They are awesome. I can't do classes because I over do it, but these videos you can use for a 5 minute of 45 minute session, depending on your day. I hate meds too. I take a really mild antiseizure drug and a small dose of a Parkinson's drug, no oral muscle relaxers or things that make my mind dopey, and I also get Botox shots every three months. I have a great neurologist at UC Davis, be brave and find someone who can work with you and help you avoid side effects. I've had cervial dystonia for at least 20 years and segmental symptoms in my limbs really my whole life. I was just diagnosed a few years ago too. Hope you find a great movement disorder specialist in your area. Its nice to have a doctor with treatment experience.
