I also play (guitar) with a technique using mainly i & m finger on left hand.I never really tried to get my old technique back. I had a family to support and couldn't let the pain this bring my wife and kids down, I just had to make some money and tried new techniques and this led soon to playing other genres and
I also started as a recordproducer. There is always a possibility to make music if you are open to making something else, other than what you dreamed of.
And you put it very nice when you say:"That because I realize that the essence of music are: We're all happy play music, and can entertain ourself and peoples. That's the most precious thing for me. "
