This means any alternative technique is not walking straight ahead but in circles."Well, this allegory goes both ways. For some people finding alternative technique is going straight ahead, and trying to get your old fingers back could be going in circles.
I believe it is important to listen to ourselves and try to find whatever works for each of us.
It is classic "newage" religion to use allegorys that really doesn't say anything. I am personally really suspicious to that. But the power of believing is strong so if this helps any of you, it works, and this is a good thing.
