I understand your point. I might not have been precise enough, sorry about that. This allegory was only meant to underline that if you decide to begin recovery the best thing you can do to reach your goal is to stay on that path. IF you decide. Not an easy thing I have to admit.

Newage religion..not really in this case, rather just sober thinking which is very much needed during recovery.
