Hi, Greg, Yes, I got your email, thanx. I found it very helpful. I had my first webcam session with Joaquin last Friday. To be fair, I had lapsed a little because I had let myself fall back into the trap of judging and avoiding tension. He reminded me to keep my mind focused on what I had to do, let go and accept. I am now slowly making friends with tension! I've added a link to the MySpace group: By the way, for those who are interested, Prof Fabra is due to present a seminar in New York in July (08).
