Thanks very much for your encouragement. I haven't gotten to that "space" in quite some time. Once was during a severe cold and I had taken ibuprofen and possibly benadryl or other anti-histamines; I saw that some of the therapies included Artane, an anti-histamine. Interesting...Also my father died with (of really) Parkinson's and it's definitely familial so genetics may have something to do with it too. Curiously, my flute playing was one of the few things I accomplished that made him proud of me...hmmm...psychological factors abound.

I do agree though that probably visualization, playing ONLY when totally relaxed (most days this is impossible), perseverence, plus positive feedback from sources such as this bb provide hope.
