Edit
Great post, again! You reach down right to the core of FD, really.

This whole phenomenon of anticipation Joaquín Fabra (please note no "s" ending) calls REacting instead of acting. It is the key to freedom; to find the mental way of letting go, regardless of the symptom (FD) first and see how it backs off as you expect, want and anticipate NOTHING at all.

About the freedom of movement: same experience too. Feels like water flowing between the rocks. Funny how I was NEVER told that mastering plucking is not like working out in a gym rather relaxing on the seashore. "No pain no gain" is the stupidest thing I ever heard concerning technique.
