Edit
I am a music teacher and have generalized dystonia which is controlled by a baclofen pump but during the last year I have had a bad spasm in my osophagus which has prevented me eating. 12 weeks ago I had a 'Hellers myotomy' where 7 inches of osophagus was cut to relieve the spasm, this has really helped but.... as yet I cannot blow my trombone or sing without extreme pain, even raising my voice is uncomfortable. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience of this problem.
Thanks, Rachel
