Edit
"On playing the same phrases slow and with least possible pressure, I seem to be able to play it well, without the 'dystonic feeling'. Now once this point is discovered, what does one do to establish the normal feeling."

That IS the normal feeling!

"To be specific, how long is it advisable to keep playing the phrases in this way"

Always and forever more. The old way is broken - the motor program that controls that sequence of movement is distorted, the new pattern you are establishing, however, will grow stronger. You will, in time, be able to play more rapidly and with greater pressure, but you cannot and must not try and rush this process, just 'allow' it to happen.

Eventually the pattern of control you are forming will be much stronger than the dystonic pattern which will fade.

Realise you have just rediscovered freedom of movement - that is precious, not everyone can do this.

As a a very rough guileine, Farias says that it takes on average about 9-12 months to restore control, and thereafter you have to stablise it. I spent a year working very carefully on this and it worked. I am now working on repertoire and slowly working pieces up to performance level with a metronome.

It takes incredible patience and determination to conquer FD, but you have already taken a huge step.
