Thats it. And PM too, and lots of other combinations, like PMPA which is a nice way of training independence of MA but giving M more time to return. If your M is curling in I would suggest IMAM is essential too. AS well as across strings, try these exercises on one string, with preparation (planting, to make the notes staccato) and without. Try them in different places to get different tone colour. Try them loud, try them very quietly with the gentlest touch you can.

The more sensations the better, the more you enrich those sensations the better, the more you allow free movement and don't 'try' and correct imperfections the better.If anything feels tense, don't fight it, do something else.
