Edit
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1989. 10 years later, I found the gluten free diet & decided to try it. My fibromyalgia symptoms went away and continue to stay away as long as I follow the diet perfectly and take good care of myself, getting regular exercise, avoiding foods I'm sensitive to, eating a wholesome diet, etc.

Many of my fibromyalgia friends have experienced a similar remission from FMS symptoms by doing the same thing. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley and contaminated oats. For sensitive individuals, gluten can be neurotoxic, causing uncontrolled movements, ataxia, seizures, even hallucinations. These symptoms can be troublesome even for individuals who do not have celiac disease, the disease commonly associated with gluten sensitivity.

Any questions, feel free to contact me personally.
