That's interesting. One of my friends who also has "embouchure dystonia" says, it's ALL the same thing, just plain ol' dystonia, no matter what body part is involved. What we call it is just a matter of where it manifests. And, of course it manifests in the body part that we use more repetitively (arm, fingers, lips, etc.). I should look into Dr. Farias's work.
