I'd be worried about the reverse happening (i.e. getting symptoms in the other hand). According to a doctor at NIH, it is common for focal dystonia patients to eventually experience symptoms in the "non-dystonic" hand. I'm not trying to discourage you or anyone else from trying anything that brings about improvement, but I think people should know that there is likely to be risk associated with the idea of using the "healthy" hand to retrain the dystonic hand.
