I have made much progress since the last posting. Can now play Parker bebop tunes up to tempo. I had been stuck at 160bpm for the longest time and can now do 216bpm without feeling any tension anywhere. This progress in noteworthy because I have been suffering from dystonia for 28 years. Has anyone else tried this method? |
