Musicians with Dystonia Bulletin Board

Any singers with laryngeal dystonia? Any advice?

I need help with this one. I do a lot of cabaret, comedy, musical theater singing and my voice just restricts. This used to only happen with speech but now its when i sing too. my voice is there and then it is gone. i have GD and the doctor is thinking it is also in my larynx. i have had this issue for a few years but now its bad. can't really performance sing anymore.
