Hi MozitoAre you in France? There are two people in Spain I know of that have had much success helping people with focal dystonia recover their abilities. Their names are Joaquin Farias and Joaquin Fabra. Farias lives in Seville, Fabra is in the North I think.
Both have helped flamenco guitarists, bot have been discussed here a lot (search the archives) and both have posted several examples of their clients' successful recovery on You Tube.
