so do i belong here? i am a musician with generalized dystonia. I irritate/ initiate spasm in focal areas when i use them to play and sing and want to use this board to find tricks/ tools to learn to get over these tendencies which i assure you with attention, physical therapy and time i can. i guess i was just confused by the two different conditions.
