I think if somebody is really serious and determined to battle his/her dystonia symptoms you have to start at the very bottom and begin with breathing and overall
relaxation exercises,like yoga,tai chi and meditation.Dont get me wrong:these exercises wont make the symptoms dissapear,but if you practise them daily you will be able to start on a much higher level for the specific exercises,concerning the dystonia.Also try to be physical in a good shape,for if you feel healthy,your mind is also feeling much better,and so everything is like a stairway upwards... |
