Edit
I've often thought that it's a shame this board doesn't have sticky threads for those who have posted (free) successful techniques like hkc and guitarist. A simple disclaimer would do the trick. Just the hope it provides people that it's possible to overcome focal dystonia is the greatest benefit. Just saying it would be nice to easily find all of that in one place (providing that no one is "selling" anything).

The thing is, I'm not convinced anyone has found the "cure all" for every case yet. Spending years reading comments here and being my own guinea pig all this time, I feel like focal dystonia is a very personal condition that requires people to find their own way out of. The more techniques we can read about, the more we can individually choose for ourselves what works. And God bless the people who share this information without trying to capitalize on it by keeping secrets.

Great article by Jason Solomon btw. Would make a great sticky thread even though I personally disagree with some of it through my own experiences. For instance, I've never injected botox and I've had great success so far using my extensors to straighten out my dystonic finger after using it and then relaxing. That's not to say my way is correct and the other is wrong. It just works for me.
