There is a constant tightness. My uncles case of FD was never fully confirmed. His pink and ring finger curl in when ever he uses them for anything more than simple grasp. When holding his hand straight out his ring curls up and his pinky down towards the palm. My fingers have started doing the same exact thing. I have had conduction tests done twice and they have ruled out pinched nerves and told me I have Dystonia. My hand especially will feel tight during/ immediately after/ the day after I play. I get spasms every once in a while pretty much anywhere in my left arm, along with pain in the traps and the neck. Its seems it may be more than just FD.
