Edit
Hello,

I am a classical guitarist and have been playing for around 15 years.

About a year ago, I noticed that my i and m apoyando alternation has become very uneven, and I can no longer play scales at e decent speed no matter how much I practiced. What I did was I practiced playing scales using free strokes, and it seemed to have solved the problem. After a while, even my free stroke i and m has become very uneven, my i finger goes straight and my thumb curls towards my palm when I use i and m when I use apoyando. Please see video link:

Based on what I've read on the net so far, I'm 90% sure I have FD. I guess I'm still in denial, that's why I'm asking the good folks from this forum to help me confirm if this is indeed focal dystonia?

I'm not really sure where to go from here? Do I need to see I doctor to confirm this? I've also read about Farias' DVD. Should I start from there?
Thanks for any help.
