looks like it could be though i am not a doctor or specialist. just someone who has it. whether it is or not, the best thing you can do is cool it on trying to get your chops back right away. it looks like you're at the beginning of the problem which means it may be much easier to overcome. the worst thing i did was once my finger started curling in a little on it's own, i really pushed things and everything got a lot worse in a hurry. if you do have it, you've got to slow things way down and concentrate on relaxing all of the unnecessary tensions in your arm and hand. to do that, you have to learn where they are first. btw, i also noticed your pinky becomes very stiff as well. even though i don't use mine to play, i believe it had a big part in causing my problems as it liked to flare out on it's own. again, at this point i think the most important thing is DO NOT PUSH IT. relax for now and learn everything you can before trying to tackle this problem and making it harder to overcome.
