Fighting the dystonic movements obviously works as well for some people as working below the threshold does for others. From Sebastian's video it looks like he didn't take either path but I can tell you first hand that spending hours forcing correct movements can work very well. Seems a bit misleading to suggest that there's general agreement that it will always lead to problems. No point discouraging other people from something that might work for them.
