I have that DVD, the exercises in that DVD were not specifically designed to treat Focal Dystonia and I don't know if they can really help for that, since they were not designed specifically for Focal Dystonia I didn't want to lose my time with that, I never did them. Anyway, you should be aware that getting out of FD does indeed take patience and discipline despite the method you use, there's no magic recipe. Cheers,
