Hi Sebastian,Thank you for your response. I think the slow movement exercises especially those involving the fingers might be useful for gaining more awareness about the muscle movements.
I've also read some of your posts about your recovery process, and about how it is very important to LET GO and not try to CONTROL the dystonic movements.My problem has been that the thumb tends to curl in towards the palm when I do i m alternations, and the index finger extends out and goes straight, especially when using apoyando. I have been doing slow index and middle finger alternations using apoyando while totally ignoring my thumb, focusing only on my index and middle fingers for more than a week now, and I have noticed some improvement, though I think I still have a long long way to go to fix my problem.
