The problem with dystonia diagnosis is there's no precise test.
And its the chicken/egg with muscle /shoulder/dystonia tensing. Relaxation has to be beneficial whatever the cause. I'd thoroughly recommend learning the Alexander Technique for this. And shiatsu is fantastic! Linda |
