Musicians with Dystonia Bulletin Board

I have a few questions for you!

When you say you were asked to play normally,do you mean tempo/speed too?

How much time do Fabra recommend to retrain every day?

Not fight the dystonia,let the fingers do whatever they like.
If I do that my little finger goes out(compensating) and I loose the sensations in my dystonic middle finger and it starts to curl in.I'm afraid that will strenghten the dystonic movement.
Do you have an opinion on that?
